2. 2. After we received your order, we will send an email to you to confirm your order and request for payment.
3. 3. Payment to be made to our Bank account within 2 days (48hours). Kindly email us if you need more time for payment, otherwise we have to cancel your confirmation of orders.
4. 4. Once you have made payment, please email us the payment details and transaction reference (if any).
5 5. Upon receiving your payment details, we will mail the good to you within 2 working days (unless stated otherwise such as pre-order item)
6. We shall provide you the courier tracking no. of the parcel as proof of delivery. (For courier and registered mail)

Shipping
Upon payment received, we will deliver the ordered item(s) within 2 working days via Skynet Courier Service.
Shipping Rates

First 1kg RM6, additional RM1/kg for subsequent or partial kg (Items are estimated to arrive within 1-3 working days)
2. For East Malaysia (EM):
First kg RM13.00, RM13.00/kg for subsequent or partial kg (major towns reach within 2-3 working days after sending, rural areas 2-5 working days)
3. For International Rates kindly email us your mailing address in advance and we shall check the shipping rate for you
Remarks : For purchase RM150.00 and above, shipping fees will be waived
For Singapore:
Free normal postage. For registered mail, please add S$2.24
